I then went throught he process of setting up an account, because this promiised me better service. The site will not let em enter using these account details.

Instead of a general search for the address given to me I put into the address bar http://www.telstra.com/mmsview and hit enter. It came up with the telstra logo with a bar for User ID and Password. I entered them them as was sent to me and up came the picture, sure it was small however I opened Microsoft Word and copied image to there were I could make it bigger. I don’t know if this was just a fluke but it worked good enough for me…..stop whining and use your brains people.

Just typical of telstra, have tried the username and password(in every way possible!) that THEY sent.and it comes up :wrong username or password!!!So everyone, dont waste your time trying to do this, get mms pics etc. sent to you in an email and save the frustration!!It just doesnt work, telstras web page/mms messages will have you beating YOUR head up against the wall, when it should be THEIRS!

Receiving ID and password given to me via text mes.to view …Which i then have to log into a computer enter ID/Password which is not accepted… This way to retrieve photo/video is not convient, IT DOES NOT WORK, plus i carry a mobile phone, not a computer.

My mobile phone has received many mms’s in the past, however in the last month, i’m required to download this app to my computer to access my mms’s. Do you people at Telstra realise that this app that you have for viewing mms’s is buggering up my computer & lord only how many other peoples as well. I find this to totally disagree-able, i am not very computer literate & i’m quite angry that you have chosen to make everyone’s life miserable for the sake of making money. My contract is due for renewal soon & personally i don’t think i will be renewing with Telstra
