after several attempts i still cant open the picture messages i got on my mobile, i think this is a disgrace, why can i just open them on my phone, thats were i got them send in the first place, why do u have to make it hard for people and by the way knowing the incompetence of the people who run a network i know that my querry wont be answered, so long bunch of incompetent people, cant wait till my contract comes to an end so i can leave this nitemare network.

I received a sms purportedly from T-mobile about my cell phone bein gawarded RM1,000,000 under a T-Mobile Promotiion in UK and asked me to contact a certain Mack James, purportedly to be my claim agent at +60176170459. The email given is tm111@live.co.uk.

Why, oh why can I not just open a picture message on my phone?! I have tried numerous times to open various picture messages on the website using the password I’ve been sent and I have NEVER been successful! What is going on? I’m obviously not alone in this, and I would have thought after having received so many complaints about this service, something would have been done. You are showing a real lack of respect to your customers by not listening to them. I wait to hear from you!

I find the present system utterly frustrating and total rubbish.. Despite several attempts to have the matter ‘resolved’ through Customer Service, Still no joy. The worst part is the cost of attempting to send and retrieve (30p each attempt) is astronomical! I’m fully aware that there may be teething problems whenever you switch over to a new system but good grief surely they should be able to remedy this issue by now???? I’m made to understand that O2 provides a better service. I am thinking of switching.
I agree with all the above – have been sent a picture message and despite several attempts have found it impossible to get any further than the page which asks you to enter your mobile number and password. Tried several times to do this but no joy. It surely should be easier than this!!
